For Abundant Lightning And Dry Fuels...

Warning Message:* scattered thunderstorms are expected tonight across northeast
Oregon and southeast Washington. Numerous lightning strikes can
be expected...and the combination of abundant lightning and dry
fuels will lead to the potential of red flag conditions. In
addition...local winds will increase late this afternoon along
the Washington and Oregon border where low humidities are also
  expected.
* Affected area: in Oregon...fire zone 631 Columbia Basin of
Oregon. In Washington...fire zone 631 lower Columbia Basin of
  Washington.

afternoon then will move into northeast Oregon and southeast
Washington this evening. Thunderstorms will increase in
coverage overnight and gradually taper off after sunrise on
  Saturday.
* Lightning activity: scattered thunderstorms with a lightning
activity level of 3 or 4 are expected.
* Impacts: lightning combined with dry fuels will produce critical
fire weather conditions in these zones. Gusty and erratic outflow
winds can also be expected with some thunderstorms.
